But as soon as we are being reported of any possible problem in a transaction that is caused by dishonesty or any other failure of the Provider, his/her name will be inserted in our website Black List and will stay there about one year. This is part of our Customer Care policy.

For quality control purposes, we request our website users and all our Customers to complete the survey form at the end of a transaction or any stage of it.

خریداران نیز می توانند با تکمیل و ارسال فرم نظریه خریداران در پایان کار یا در هر مرحله از انجام معامله روند کار ما را اصلاح نمایند.
